Ketkinz Group Inc. — IT Administrator / Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

At Ketkinz Group Inc., I manage the IT systems and cloud infrastructure that support day-to-day business operations. My role covers cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, business email systems, domain administration, security, monitoring, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.

I administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, licensing, access controls, and security settings. I also manage company domains and DNS, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to improve email authentication, deliverability, and protection against domain spoofing.

I manage domain and web infrastructure from initial setup through ongoing administration, including purchasing and configuring domains, creating domains and subdomains, managing DNS records, pointing domains to servers and hosting environments, configuring SSL certificates, and troubleshooting DNS, hosting, and connectivity issues.

On AWS, I design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using VPC, EC2, IAM, and S3. I have also worked with Application Load Balancers and Auto Scaling across multiple Availability Zones to support better availability and resilience.

My networking work includes configuring public and private subnets, route tables, Internet Gateways, NAT Gateways, Security Groups, and Network ACLs. I use Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting and AWS Systems Manager to manage resources without unnecessarily exposing administrative access to the public internet.

Documentation is also an important part of my work. I maintain deployment guides, infrastructure documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures so systems are easier to understand, troubleshoot, and maintain.

What I value most about this role is the opportunity to work across different areas of IT. One day I may be working on AWS infrastructure or networking, while another may involve DNS, email security, access management, web infrastructure, or troubleshooting an issue affecting business operations. That variety has given me practical experience understanding how cloud, networking, security, identity, and business systems work together in a real operating environment.

Ketkinz Auto Limited — Managing Director | IT & Business Operations

At Ketkinz Auto Limited, I managed day-to-day business operations while also overseeing the technology systems that supported the company remotely.

I administered Google Workspace, business email accounts, user access, and account provisioning. I also managed company domains and DNS records and configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen email authentication, reliability, and protection against domain spoofing.

A key part of my role was finding practical ways to use technology to improve business operations. I evaluated and implemented digital tools, maintained business and technical documentation, and coordinated with vendors and service providers to support operational needs.

I also provided ongoing IT support and troubleshooting, resolving issues involving email, user accounts, access, and other business systems.

Managing both the business and technology sides of the company gave me practical experience understanding how IT supports everyday operations, productivity, communication, and business continuity.

Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) — Correctional Officer

October 2019 – August 2020

As a Correctional Officer, I worked across different duty areas supervising inmates and helping maintain safety, security, and order within the facility.

My responsibilities included monitoring activities, controlling movement, enforcing institutional rules and security procedures, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate reports and operational documentation.

I worked closely with fellow officers and supervisors in an environment where communication, situational awareness, accountability, and adherence to established procedures were essential.

The experience strengthened my ability to work under pressure, follow security procedures, communicate clearly, remain attentive to risk, and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
